- Planning for repairs of power plants (annual and long-term development equipment repair schedules CHP-2, CHP-3 and ECHP PE JSC); - Determine the total volume of the needs of financial and material resources for perform scheduled repairs (developing a consolidated perspective and annual plans repair of equipment of PE JSC); - Organization of the conclusion of contracts with companies, suppliers and monitoring their implementation; - Control over the expenditure of funds for all kinds of repairs; - Organization, control and analysis of the overhaul of power equipment, as well as measures to address organizational inconsistencies and emerging technical issues; - Coordination of quantities, design and estimate documentation for capital repairs; - Formation of a consolidated list of the needs of the enterprise the necessary materials and spare parts, negotiating with potential suppliers, analyzing current prices materials and spare parts.

- Identification of operational and financial risks, their evaluation, detailed analysis, development of methods of influence on the risk registers risk matrix and the scale of the passport the key risks, prioritization of risks, etc .; - Monitoring compliance with performance requirements of internal audit; Preparation of presentations and reports to the management company.

• Provide reliable work of auxiliary equipment of turbine shop; • Preventative maintenance, remedial works, inspection, testing, fault finding and repairs on steam turbines; • Organize workforce and provide them all necessary instruments and equipments (21 technician); • Coordinate with other working parties on use of shared resources and general safety issues; • Identify best practices and constantly be looking for latest innovation, methods and changes in Health & Safety law and applying them through; • Report defective equipment and arrange for replacement as required; • Cost estimates for current turnaround; • Report of construction completion phase by phase and providing as-built documents; • Coach and mentoring where required to develop junior technicians; • Timely identification of spares and materials requirements, including for extra work; • Adherence to turnaround schedule, updating the Steam Turbine technicians with completed activities and any issues that arise that would impact overall turnaround schedules in a timely manner.
